How to Read Your Aetna Insurance Card
When you verify Aetna benefits with our admissions team, we'll ask for a few numbers printed on your card. Here's exactly where to find them:
- Member ID / Subscriber ID — usually printed on the front of the card, top-right. Sometimes labeled "ID #" or "Enrollee ID."
- Group Number — front of the card, often below the member ID. Employer-sponsored plans always have one.

What If Aetna Denies Your Rehab Claim?

Does Aetna cover drug and alcohol rehab in New Jersey?
